Procedure:

Go to start -> Macromedia Media Flash 8 -> Click on Flash Document
Click on the first frame of the layer and select fill color then select square tool.
Draw square at the top left corner of the work area.
Click on 40th frame and insert key frame and select the Selection tool and delete the square.
Select oval tool and draw the circle at the top right corner of the work area
Click on 39th frame -> properties -> tween -> select the option Shape.
Save the file -> go to control -> Test movie
See how a square gradually convert into circle.
